Buses for each GO train
Morning GO trains depart every 15 minutes but buses are scheduled every 30 minutes which means that bus commuters have access to limited number of trains. Please run buses for all GO trains.
Secondly as already mentioned, integration with Presto card is of importance, real time bus arrival, heated bus stops will all help attract more commuters and will increase revenue for Milton Transit.

Fully agree.
Coordination between GO trains and Milton Transit needs to improve significantly. To me, that also includes some flexibility to accommodate delays in train arrivals - say - for 10 minutes. Besides meaningful customer service, it is also not cost effective to run virtually empty buses. Innovative thinking is required. E.g.: Consider having buses with different capacities (some even smaller than the current ones) and / or partnerships with ride-sharing services to provide options for timely transit service from the GO station. Small capacity buses may suffice where GO trains (at certain times) have relatively less people arriving at Milton.
Cashless payment options are a must. Integration with Presto is one way, albeit an important one. But again, we should consider other options. E.g.: pay thru visa / debit card, pre-paid Milton transit cards.
If not "heated" - which presumably involves additional cost - at least consider "consistently" providing shelters. Many Milton Transit stops currently have just a pole but no "shelter".
