Sports and recreational activities for all ages
Milton is growing and has been welcoming new families from different cultures and backgrounds. Milton has provided several indoor and outdoor activities for Miltonians of all ages, however with many new families are moving in, sports facilities are in the high demand.
We would need more grounds with sports activities and indoor racketball courts.
Milton would also need to have more cultural events to engage new families, and it would be considered as a framework to provide networking opportunities and to make new friends.

Please consider low cost, publicly accessible recreation options. Hard to understand why Milton does not have ANY city maintained skating rinks or a neighborhood rink program similar to other municipalities (Burlington, Guelph, Waterloo). This leaves a critical lack of SAFE accessible outdoor spaces for youth - it’s time for Milton to look at this and take action
