Town of Milton Housing Needs Assessment Survey

The Town of Milton is preparing a Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) to better understand local housing needs. We will collect data to identify preliminary gaps and issues requiring attention.

Ideally, communities have housing options that meet the range of needs of current and future residents. Needs may vary based on a person’s income or situation, or the type or tenure of housing they seek. People can move along the housing continuum at different points in their lives.

For a healthy housing continuum, a community needs to understand its existing housing stock, demographics, household structure and size, income levels, population growth, as well as housing supply and demand.

Your input will help us understand current issues and gaps in local housing, and will inform the Housing Strategy.

This survey is optional, takes about 15 minutes to complete and is open until January 3, 2025. For questions about the survey or Milton’s Housing Needs Assessment, please contact Development Services.
