We’ve developed a new neighbourhood park with you and your family in mind. Thank you to everyone who shared their input throughout the design process. View the final design.

Cobban Neighbourhood Park is located at 840 Whitlock Ave., south of Louis St. Laurent Boulevard and west of Thompson Road. The park is 1.5ha (3.7 acres) in size and is adjacent to the future Halton Catholic District School Board Elementary School #10 to the east and a woodlot associated with the Sixteen Mile Creek watershed to the west.

Features include:

  • Play area
  • Spray pad
  • Shade shelter
  • Multi-use court
  • Soccer field
  • Park pathways
  • Parking lot,
  • Trees and shrubs
  • Open grass areas
  • Site furniture and signage

Construction is forecasted to begin in spring 2022 and be completed in fall 2022, subject to Council’s approval of the proposed 2022 capital budget. For information about the Town’s park projects, our park development web page.
