The Town of Milton has engaged with Blackline Consulting to undertake a resident-first review of programs and services delivered by Community Services and the Operations division.
Report to Council
this is an upcoming stage for Public-Facing Services Review
A report will be presented to Council at the July 22 meeting. The report will include a summary of resident feedback, service delivery strengths, opportunities and recommendations for future action.
